What was it you saw and how did you want to fix it?

You know, it's funny.

As you progress through your career, you look back and you try to find commonalities so that you can continue to leverage those experiences that you've had and build on top of them.

And as I've looked back on my career Every single thing that I've done has been, and in sometimes varying industries, hedge funds-based, institutional asset management, real estate, wealth management, always trying to create the same thing, which is one unified platform.

And when I became really, really invested in wealth management years ago, everybody was talking about the same thing.

Everybody's still talking about the same thing.

I want one unified advisor experience, and I need that to progress.
