brian uh tell everybody about uh the resort as it stands now and then uh as we get into well actually first before we even do that uh let's talk about you and how you got into the industry because uh your background is not uh or at least your family's background is not running a uh a big resort correct

correct it is not and we started in the grocery business so i actually go way back my folks started as farmers but then my grandpa in 1955 sold the farm and thought he'd moved to the other end of the chain and bought a grocery store.

So we were in the grocery business from 1955 until 2012, not in the same place, but, um, through a lot of that.

But, um, so yeah, I grew up in the grocery business.

Uh, there's pictures of me mom's got, you know, when I was a kid, they were working, they'd put me in a grocery cart.

I'm sure it was kid approved and safe and all that, but, uh, you know, in 1965 or something.

So, yeah, so I grew up in the grocery business.

Is it, you know, building a hotel? Is it adding the trampoline park? Is it just better marketing and sales? You know, what would you recommend to the people listening?

Brian, what are they looking for specifically? I love ISIS or something, presumably.

Well, this is another situation where we can kind of look at the clues to predict what they're looking for.

But what this announcement actually says is simply that they're adding social media as a mandatory data element on the collection.

Now, it does say in order to comply with Executive Order 14161, and we know that there's two other agencies here, the State Department and the U.S.

Citizenship and Immigration Services, who are also implementing that same executive order and asking for social media, and they have given more details.

So I think at least I'm assuming, they're going to follow what the other agencies are doing when they collected more social media information and it's under that same executive order.

I just want to know from your perspective generally to people in New Zealand who might be thinking of going to America, is it a dumb idea to write negative things about Donald Trump?
