So why did you leave corporate?

Yeah.

So it started in January 25.

So in November 24, I saw the writing on the wall with my company, my prior company.

It just was not growing the way that it needed to.

There were a couple of series of layoffs prior to this moment.

And I just had a sense this was coming for a larger chunk of the company.

So talk a little bit, Brian, about how you navigate through those challenges on the mental side.

Because I know I don't think people say when they're growing up like, yeah, I want to own a marketing agency.
