Um, from your vantage point, sitting on your side of the desk, you know, at a couple of different schools, um, you know, what does, which one actually does something for the students you work with? I mean, what, what's a good kind of, you know, rubric for a college fair? Um, and then what, what do colleges keep doing just because they do out of habit from your perspective?
16:56
Yeah, I think I've had the opportunity to host and go to a lot of different college fairs.
17:01
And so I've hosted really large ones and really smaller ones.
17:05
And then I've worked at, I have this memory when I was working for Bryant and it was one of those days that is this really my job where I did the NACAC Chicago Fair and I flew in that morning and flew out that afternoon and just remind myself that apparently at 25, I could do that.
17:22
I don't know if I could do that now.
17:25
But I have found that small, intimate college fairs that have some type of thematic nature to them have real value.
17:33
And so a couple of the examples that we do here at Central is while we are a marriage school, we do a Jesuit college fair.

When it comes to recruitment travel, what do you think colleges are kind of overestimating and what are colleges underestimating?
