And, you know, "Well, base three took that call.

It should've been a base one call.

I don't understand why we're going it." Like, if we can just, you know, find ways to kind of channel our, our energy and, and find that kind of true north, uh, on a more frequent basis, we could probably realign on some of it.

But Mike, I wanna go back to something that you'd said, 'cause I thought it was, um, key.

You know, you had mentioned, like that, the, the, the age-old, uh, referring, uh, unhappy referring provider kind of thing.

I think that we can use that as an example of where we've grown in the industry, because it, it...

Mm-hmm.

If you don't mind, Brian, to get us started, can you tell us a little bit about your, uh, your background and flight experience?

You know, probably like a lot of people listening, started in EMS, uh, in high school.

Uh, live in eastern Pennsylvania, about an hour north of Philadelphia.

Grew up a little more north of that, but, um, you know, a lot of, uh, volunteer EMS back then.

Uh, so got that, you know, kind of got the bug early on, EMT school.

Moved to Philadelphia for paramedic school, did my training there, ended up kind of, uh, halfway in between where I grew up and where I went to school.

You know, done a lot of, uh, various things hospital-based EMS-wise, a little bit of everything from, aside from the street education, uh, out- EMS outreach, EMS liaison marketing.

So, so Brian, do you mind just telling us a little bit about maybe a, a safety story, whether that be positive or negative, that's been in your career where the culture really either made or broke the outcome of that event?
