So, it symbolically became the home of the Chaos Space Marines, who were also the seed of the Imperium's destruction, if you will.
115:36
And I just...
115:37
Personal... opinion and bias here that it's not worth it.
115:42
You guys can decide whether or not it's worth anything.

A little bit of apples and oranges here, but what's PEAR's defense also in attempting to justify sort of these bonuses and sort of the benchmarks that they keep saying that their investment folks were hitting?
12:17
Yeah, it's definitely apples and oranges.
12:19
It's hard to, it's hard to compare, you know, what someone gets paid to manage investments versus what someone gets paid to be a school teacher, right? Or to work for the state transportation department or what have you.
12:34
You know, the state has to balance its budget to the taxes it collects each year.
12:38
It's also restricted by the Taxpayer's Bill of Rights, something we write about a whole lot at the Colorado Sun because it really limits what the government can spend.

How come you're one of the first to look at this, at least publicly? How come nobody else has? How come we haven't heard about it more from any sort of oversight or any sort of financial reports that have sort of been public? I mean, you were talking millions and millions of dollars here, but it's been sort of something that's pretty revelatory.
