No, I think it's I think digital preps are highly important right now.

And I think when it comes to digital prepping, understanding how our minds work with what we're seeing happen on whether it's Facebook or Parler or wherever we're at, because right now with the bots that produce information, the misinformation, the information that's suppressed.

and all this, each one of us, it's our personal responsibility to ourselves and our families and everybody to make sure that we're parsing that data correctly, what we're bringing in, that we're not suffering from our own confirmation bias and only seeking out sources that we may like.

And that we also understand that when we... see something on the internet one a lot of what we're seeing now is clickbait headlines where the article has nothing to do with it they're trying to inflame people um two that your your googles and your facebooks are money-making platforms based upon your all of our information that it uses to market to us with and so they're feeding us kind of what they one what they want and one what they think we want in combination with that so um understanding that if you see something that Flames, you get you fired up or you think it's a really good piece of information to know.

Do some research on that.

I mean, why might that happen? What would it look like? What should people be looking for as signs that maybe the monetary system is is going awry?
