What a discussion.

I mean, you guys are hitting all the right points with this and, you know, being with the University of Louisville, we just got a fresh batch of fellows.

I'm giving the HER2 lecture in like two weeks and I got to give them the context of this where they have no clinical experience yet, right, to come into this.

So, you know, with HER2 positive disease, you know, a maintenance phase is absolutely something that I think a lot of patients deserve the chance at in terms of seeing how long they can respond with better quality of life, right? And then on the flip side, you know, where you don't know if they're going to respond to the induction chemo, whether it's THP or potentially just going straight to N-Hertogen Progetta, you know, you don't know for sure if they're going to be a rapid regressor or if, you know, I mean, you may know high burden of disease or brain meds or something, but you don't know what their disease is going to look like, like you mentioned, you know, eight months, 12 months down the road.

So you have to make the best as you can, like you said, with the information that you have.
