Just to give you a quick skinny on my background, um, I come out of hotel operations.

I was in it for 15 years.

I did everything.

I worked for boutique hotels.

I didn't work for brands, and I have to say, working for boutique hotels in New York City between the '80s and the '90s was really interesting.
