What sort of operational shifts has the State Patrol made or have your administrators made to try to speed things up as new staff come on board?

Sure.

So we've changed our training program.

So traditionally we trained a person from beginning to the end so starting with alcohol and then comprehensive testing and that took anywhere from 12 to 18 months and we realize this is just not working so we started breaking it up into modules so now everybody gets trained in volatiles analysis that's where you're testing for ethanol and we're able to get those people contributing and doing real case work within six months then they continue with their comprehensive training.

So we've employed that, which has been helpful.

We've gotten grant funding, and we have been doing overtime weekends for probably the last year and a half.

So we get scientists that sign up.

What do you think is important for the general public to understand about your mission and the strategy to complete to continue eliminating this backlog and to make sure that justice is served in cases where it's warranted.
