There is a papier-mâché greased pole, 'cause in Philadelphia, when our teams win, people climb the light poles.
6:17
So the cops, in attempt to stop that, grease them.

'Cause Philadelphians tend to boo kind of everyone.

In the archives, we dug really deep and found what was the earliest documented boo that is in this collection that this museum has, which is a 1926 Academy of Music program.

And this is not just for the men.
3:36
It's mostly men doing the things, and honestly, mostly men from New Jersey doing the problems.

and the conduct, but this one 1926 Philadelphia orchestra program on the Friday afternoon show, which was largely society women, you know, for the main line would come into these afternoon performances.

And this, I found actually in a New York times article about this.

And this was the first work composed by Edgar in the United States.

Who am I as a Philadelphian, as like an active voter, someone who's raising children, someone who gets to talk about the city for my full time job? And so I'm wondering, like, Brian, when you are doing Join Philly events, when you are creating the Museum of the Philadelphian, What have you learned about yourself as a Philadelphian in your personal journey?
13:25
I guess I need to finish this before, so I can look back and say, what did I learn from this? But this is just the impulse I've had in producing projects of just see something that needs to happen.
13:36
For example, joint Philly, that was a need.
13:38
And now I realize how much more of a drastic need it is.
13:41
And even doing that activities fair opened my eyes and kind of my... crusade around the city right now, it's all the different organizations, is this city doesn't do really anything for resident attraction and retention.
13:55
If we don't do anything for these residents, for new people that move here that love the city, and if they don't find belonging, which is why I did all the work with Join Philly, and they don't find connection and they don't find friendship, then they'll leave.
14:07
And then straight economic development story, we lose a taxpayer and a customer and a renter and a potential home buyer.

You're not gonna have used guys?
