But how does this ecosystem work in China? Are there certain characteristics of it you think that make it very unique to China?

Yeah, so you just mentioned that Golaxi might be surprised and somewhat naive to think that anybody outside of China might be watching what they're doing.

This is one of the unique vulnerabilities of this particular system.

I think that the system is set up the way it is so that top-line priorities...

And the strategy for those priorities are delineated by the party.

But then the Chinese Academy of Sciences is this institution that farms talent, recruits talent, but then also sort of sets the agenda for the research programs that can execute those policy priorities.

And then these companies spin off to productize the technology and then sell it back to the party institutions, operationalize the policy.

Has that impacted at all a company like Giege, which is trying to employ compute at a massive scale?
