[laughs] So you have a better idea for the film tax credit, tell everybody what it is.

Yeah, the film tax credit would cost $120 million a year, and these are, these are transferable tax credits.

It's close to giving them cash, is really what it is.

Because regardless of what they make, they can get the 120 million in tax credits and sell them to other businesses at a discount if they want, or full price if someone's, you know, stupid enough to pay it.

But typically, they would sell it at a discount, usually 10%, and they get the cash regardless of, uh, truthfully what they really owe in taxes.
