Any tips for people starting that for the first time?

Yeah.

So I, I believe that a, a well-defined culture consists to begin with of vision, mission, values, and behaviors.

The vision is the why we are here.

The mission is what we do every day to achieve that.

The values are how we behave, and then, then you define your behaviors.

So different founders approach it in different ways, but ultimately there are acceptable and unacceptable behaviors, and so I- I'll s- I'll say to a founder, "Just, just write down, first of all, just write down what's unacceptable," because the opposite is, is where your behaviors, where some of your, where the, where the behaviors that you really w- want are.

Is that the head of people? Like, is it founder-led? How does that happen?
