What are the others?

Bret E. BrooksGUEST
And that doesn't mean bringing that to life doesn't mean that I'm an advocate necessarily for a national standard.

Bret E. BrooksGUEST
But I think it's important to understand that it is on each state to figure out what those standards are to be a trainer.

Bret E. BrooksGUEST
some states there is no program you just kind of wave your hand and this person is the trainer in other states you have to have five years experience you have to teach so many hours uh in pennsylvania every year in order to to maintain your driver trainer certification so it's on each state but each state needs to make sure they're doing the right thing and even though there's no national standard to that yeah that's the that's the would be a second So another one is when we pick our trainers, a lot of times, like I mentioned before, they're able to teach is important.

Bret E. BrooksGUEST
And that gets down to like adult learning theories and adult learning principles like you can be really good at understanding the legal requirements of things and policies and procedures.

But what other variations do you see across states? And are there any others that you think is kind of a good model?
