Um, so I'm curious, like, you know, in hearing your story and just hearing your passion about like working with like neurodivergent folks, how does EMDR fit into all of this for you?
33:06
Um, that's a good question.
33:10
Um, so it kind of fits in a lot of fortunately, unfortunately, um, I think it's important to know that like, because a lot of the people that I work with are typically late diagnosed.
33:28
So they've either come to me because they've recently got diagnosed and they're like, help, like, how do I, what does this even mean? What do I do with this? Or it's people that might be suspecting, but they have no idea.
33:43
And so we might kind of go through assessments together before they decide whether they want to go through a formal evaluation or like, you know, whatever we explore it together or people that have no idea, but telling you right now, if you're finding me and you're picking me, there's most likely you're going to be neurodivergent.
33:59
Like there's a pretty good chance.
34:01
Just FYI.

absolutely I'm curious like I would love to hear more about like you just as a person as well like outside of therapy like I know we've been chatting about it a little bit but I'm wondering for you like how how you connect with like your neurodivergence in terms of like being a human in everyday life whether it's like being with yourself connecting with others things you enjoy wherever you want to take that question yeah
