That's an interesting corner of the real estate market.

Yeah.

So really what it did was it gave me a lot of exposure to a lot of no's on the phone, a lot of sales, a lot of people yelling at you because they had bad experience with solar farms or whatever that I didn't really have anything to do with.

But that gave me like a good entrance and segue into sales and what it was like to spend a lot of time on the phone with people getting to know them and building relationships and trying to get them to the ultimate contract, which was options contract for a few years so that we could put everything together.

During that time, I had my first boss, obviously, out of college.

His name was Joseph.

He was really instrumental in giving me that coaching and sales training that I needed.

I think that makes a lot of sense.
