The mayor, our mayor, Mike Johnston, has been a huge booster of this, like wearing the jerseys everywhere.

Like he's really been a booster for it.

And I think that he helped sell it quite a bit.

And so I guess my question to you is all things being equal, is it better to have – is it good to have an egomaniacal, ambitious mayor because they will get things done so they can be nationally celebrated? Or is it bad because they're always doing flashy things to become nationally celebrated rather than doing the boring work of like getting potholes filled up?

So Colorado knows itself as one of the homes of green chilies, both the produce item and the food that we make from it.

But we're not very well known for this outside of Colorado.

And we have an inferiority complex about it because New Mexico has a similar situation.

And anyways, we love it and it's ours.

But what I've heard from so many folks that leave the state, like maybe they grew up here or they lived here for a long period of time, you can't find green chilies like we have elsewhere.

And they have to be roasted.
