And so you mentioned earlier data agent or am I getting that right? Tell us more about that.

Yeah.

So this is more like internally to how we're supporting our HR business partners, which is near and dear to my heart, as you can imagine.

So we have a product that ServiceNow builds called EmployeeWorks.

I talked about earlier kind of what ServiceNow does.

EmployeeWorks is our single front door.

And if so, an employee needs any information, they go there, they can get any information they need.

What kind of brought you or inspired you to even want to create a playbook? What does it look like? Tell us more.

But can you briefly explain to the re- listeners, since we have a wide variety of listeners, what's the difference or what are the similarities between bodybuilding athletes and physique athletes?

Yeah.

So this is something that's really come up in past five to ten years.

And initially, when you, when you talked about bodybuilders, it was, it's a, it's a class and a division within the framework of a physique athlete, right? And so in the, this bigger physique, you also have a physique division and class, much like bodybuilding.

And I think what the, the physique athlete has come to mean is that you compete in an aesthetic sport on stage.

You know, you could be a bikini athlete, you could be a male, uh, physique athlete, a bodybuilder, male or female.

Um, so it's really grown so much that we have all these different classes and different rules and regulations, is that we needed a term to really encompass the whole thing, um, because bodybuilding is very specific and kind of the most hardcore part of it.

Brandon, you know, why is the topic, uh, special topic issue on bodybuilding and physique athletes important to the typical strength and conditioning reader and not just somebody who maybe has a passion for it like both of you do, or somebody who works with bodybuilding and physique athletes?

Is that possible, or what would you have to input into it?

Right.

Well, there's a couple of things.

Um, so what we received from a source is, like, his code, which includes prompts.

The prompts are the instructions given to AI, and it's explaining to AI how to determine whether or not something is munchable.

And munchable means something that we can cancel that is a contract that is not going to affect patient care.

Um, the way that they define that is very, very kind of somewhat contradict- contradictory and, um, just very verbose and, and complicated.

And what, uh, uh, w- what did you find, uh, in terms of, like, the FDA's capacity to, um, uh, ensure that these drugs are being made in, like, a, a safe manner?
