There was three options at the time.

Having already been brewing for close to three years, Niagara College wasn't really at all the right fit because that's much more of a let's go from no experience to ready to start type of program.

So I needed something that was more of a you're already a brewer, let's get a very intense technical education to advance your career rather than start it.

So the three big options were Siebel in Chicago, The Royal Institute in Edinburgh and VLV.

Those are the three that I was most interested in.
