What can you tell us about that and what it offers for processors?

Right.

So Pork Chop Studio is just kind of our little name for an objective quality grading system that we have developed.

Traditionally, Traits like color and marbling have been graded by humans, especially in the pork industry, right? I know we've got some automation and camera usage in the beef industry that's being used with USDA and the grading system, but we haven't seen a lot in pork.

And we basically just decided it was just as easy to develop our own little system as use something off the shelf and tailor it specific to our needs.

So what it is, is it's a very simple camera system built on some aluminum struts that keep it a standardized distance from what we're measuring.

We've got some photograph lights that are common off of Amazon that we picked up to keep some standardized illumination.

What product quality challenges will this help port processors identify and address?

What's the key?

Some of it's patience.

I tell them it's a lot like golf in terms of like I'm going to give you a set of kind of instructions or tips on how I did it.

take what you can work from it, and then make it your own.

Similar to golf, if you watch all pro golfers, all of them do a lot of key things correct, but they all have their minor little tweaks that makes their swing their own.

Very similar to punting in terms of, yes, there's some core things you have to do correctly to hit a good ball, but there's some things that can be unique for yourself to kind of make you succeed and have you have success.

Why is it important for you to be here today? Just to give back.

Right?

What's the difference between running a company and, uh, kicking a football? Is that a totally different skill set [laughs]?

A little bit, yes.

Just... [laughs] Um, we have over 100 employees, so it's a lot of kind of management of people and stuff.

Um, unfortunately, I probably fix things, and clean toilets, and do all sorts of other stuff than I do actually brewing beer at the time.

Just kind of managing the whole entire operation, foreseeing everything in terms of, you know, our, what beer is coming out, when they're coming out, quality control, um, from a, a brewing aspect.

Also, sales and distribution.

We do all, all of our own sales and distribute to bars, so if you see it on a store shelf in a bar, our people are the ones who got it there.

To know every year that they're gonna be talking about you.
