Um, hoping to start there, maybe you could help us walk through how these numbers are arrived at and what separates out, uh, what, what, how does it work, really? [chuckles] Appreciate your expertise.

It's, it's nice to come up for air every once in a while in the midst of analyzing this fifteen hundred plus page regulation.

Um, a first thing I think would be helpful for us to do is kind of set some, some context for how physician payment is determined.

Um, so at, at a very basic high level, the way physicians get paid by Medicare fee for service is based on relative value units or RVUs.

You've probably heard that term.
