All those years, how did that shape your understanding of, has it shaped your understanding of leadership, would you say?

Absolutely.

Yes, yes.

I would say that leadership, as I mentioned, was a word that really stood out to me when I was specifically 12 years old.

I remember hearing the word leadership and I played soccer my whole life.

But at that time, I was really into all of my soccer teams and really, really about team, teamwork.

It just made sense to me being in community in that way and supporting one another.
