Sure.

So Horseshoe Construction was built and formed in 1992 by three brothers, James, Jesse, and John Holt.

And so that company started as a trenchless company back in 1992 and has progressed into the later 90s.

The city of Houston was going through a sanitary sewer consent decree.

uh to fix their sewer overflow issues they were having um so um there were only uh back then there were really only three three players uh kensal industries was the kind of the first one in the business and in that area and then there was a horseshoe and pm construction they were kind of the three com the three the three people in the in the market there And so as Horseshoe kind of progressed over time, I actually ended up in the organization in 2004.
