We touched a little bit about how AI is here now, but maybe give some concrete examples of how surety professionals are using it right now to be better professionals.

Well, I talked about a couple of these things on the panel.

So when we first started getting into AI, we wanted to find use cases that were valuable to the business.

But we're also at a risk level that we said, okay, we can get into this without taking on too much risk.

After all, that's what we deal with every day is risk management, right? So one of the things that AI really helped us do is consume unstructured data into our world, get it injected into our system so we can deliver that information to our underwriters.

So the first step was, let's get WIP data in.

And let's use AI capabilities that were evolving at the time to get that data extracted off of an email that an underwriter got.
