And I suppose, sorry, one other question, what made you change? 'Cause there must have been something that happened for you to think, "Right, I've got to do this now."

We went from starting from nothing, you know, one job, then we had two employees, and then we got to a point where we had six employees I think at the time when we implemented Simpro, and it was getting to that point of it was all being juggled on a spreadsheet in a, a very manual process.

And it was like all of a sudden you can control two jobs on a spreadsheet.

Mm.

Then when there was at 10 jobs, it was getting, you know, started talking about how's each job doing? Well, I don't really know.

I know we're doing as an over- overall We didn't have that individual split, like job performance individually, client performance.

Um, I've been back at Rouse Consulting Group since January of '25.

Um, came in as this new role, business development manager.

They'd never had one in the 29 years, at the time, of the business.
