I've been in the, I guess, fintech financial services world for about 35 years pretty directly now.

Started in university doing research in the municipal finance world, public finance, and then I landed as a banker in public power project finance in the 90s, which was interesting because it was very active in the derivative space and we were early adopters of technology and Lotus Excel.

So I got a very early taste of using technologies at work when people didn't have computers on desks.

Assistants had IBM Selectrics.

Dictation was done.
