Same buyer, same seller, really right across Western Canada.

So I can kind of start globally.

MTV, Montreal, Toronto, Vancouver, obviously the hotspot for anyone, you know, very few people have rolled out a map of Canada or, you know, immigrating to Canada and put their finger on Saskatoon or Edmonton or Calgary maybe.

But MTV, the whole world knows Montreal, Toronto, Vancouver.

Generally the bulk of the newcomers come to those cities.

Those cities get super overheated.

I mean, where are we at there?
