Yeah, and like you said, negative reason that oil is higher, but it kind of gives us another opportunity to highlight the positives around Canadian energy and Canadian oil and gas relative to other sources of oil and gas in the world.

Brad DochertyGUEST
So I think... really a net beneficiary to not only getting strong value for the product, but also, again, being able to highlight the positives of the basin here in Canada.

Brad DochertyGUEST
You know, and we've been at this for 14 years, building SourceRock Royalties, nine years as a private company.

Brad DochertyGUEST
And this is really a high point, both in terms of having the balance of all factors in terms of, again, strong price realization, well-positioned industry.

And then also some of those growth assets that you're seeing being advanced by some of the counterparties, or at least that there's interest in just talk a little bit about that.

Brad DochertyGUEST
We have this business set up to kind of benefit from whichever direction oil goes.

Brad DochertyGUEST
And so, you know, what I mean by that is that, you know, we, Coming out of Q1, we saw at the end of the quarter and following the quarter, you know, the benefit of being a 90% oil-weighted royalty company.

Brad DochertyGUEST
We're getting the benefit of higher revenue on our existing production when oil spikes.

Brad DochertyGUEST
We're also, though, benefiting from increases in drilling activity when oil spikes.

Brad DochertyGUEST
But having said that, when oil pulls back, yes, our barrels are worth less because oil is lower and there's arguably going to be lower drilling activity, but that gives us the opportunity to be an acquirer and obviously continue to diversify and scale the business because we are continuously sitting on a cash balance, which is currently around $4.5 million or 10 cents per share.

Brad DochertyGUEST
And so again, just to highlight that the volatility to us It has pros and cons, and so we're continuously trying to, again, grow the business from an asset exposure standpoint.
