So if you can give us a quick overview of how you got to where you are today, that would be absolutely incredible.

Sure.

Thank you.

Uh, thank you so much.

So, uh, I am a Baltimore native, uh, born and raised, uh, here in, uh, the Baltimore area, and as you, uh, as you mentioned, uh, went to school locally at, uh, at Towson University.

And yes, my, my father was a, uh, practicing obstetrician here in the Baltimore metropolitan area, and really my, my commitment, passion, and focus for healthcare and giving back to people really started through my father's influence.

Interestingly enough, I never had the passion or the bug to go to medical school, but, but every other aspect that went into providing care always struck a chord with me.

In today's world of mergers and acquisitions of companies, departments, and things of that nature, going through a massive change like this, how did you do that? What did you do to bring everybody under one culture and get them all rowing in the same direction, to use a lack of a better word?
