For these men and women, whoever wins this, explain what the value of not just the asset that they're receiving, but all of the other opportunities that come along with it in regards to getting a leg up in a very difficult economy.

Well, first of all, we, we like to say this is a life-changing asset if the candidate and the winner goes about things the right way.

And, and sadly, it hasn't always been done that way.

Uh, people have got excited a couple of times in the contest history and jumped out there too quickly and thought they could just instantly become an owner/operator and they had everything figured out.

They walked away from their fleets.

So we've tried to do a lot of things over the years to, to get them to take a deep breath.

Um, you're gonna have the opportunity to be a business owner.

This one feels realistic because this one is the first one where I haven't heard, "And all your jobs are going away." It's just like, no, it's, we've got something now that we actually feel like is gonna take us in a direction that might just work, and it doesn't seem to have a, that big of an impact on the actual drivers, does it?
