Tell us about kind of how you came up in this world.

Yeah, so I was born here in Raleigh, went to Root, then Hunter, then Ligon, then Broughton, then on to UNC for undergrad.

And in undergrad, I wanted to go into medicine.

And every doctor I talked to when I was trying to figure out my specialty there at the end of college told me, don't do it.

It's a bunch of admin and doctors.

So I listened to him and I had been working in different jobs on job sites for my dad who built houses.

And so I pivoted and started working with him, then started my own company and was in the beginnings of getting that started.
