They are overloaded by things to do on the internet, that the idea of sort of spending, you know, putting your focus on a small little community of other like-minded musicians, that you are basically pulled by corporate forces to sort of spend time on big feed-based systems like Instagram and TikTok and these things which are... are literally designed not by people like you, but by people that are designing it to steal attention, that those things mean that we almost can't have a thing like your EM411, because there's these attention Venus fly traps out there.

Yeah, I know they are out there.

There are the little forums, and I don't know how well they do.

I don't know how many people actively use them and enjoy them and what the feeling is like.

But I do feel like there's a real need for it in the context of social media.

I see a lot of people kind of really trying to further themselves, further their career, get their music heard.

And that's one of the things that's lost with social media is you're competing with cat memes and... thirst traps and you name it you know and it's just it's kind of impossible in a lot of ways for for some people unless you start doing these things like putting your face into videos um giving tips or and it's not even in your control necessarily you're dealing with the algorithm and what uh what meta and all these companies think is good for whatever reason and You reminded me of a feature that EM411 had just now, which I had kind of forgotten about, which was the sharing of music.

It feels like this is the result of someone playing and enjoying themselves.
