All right, so for those that are not familiar with you, just give us a little background of your story, and then we will get into some discussion.

Well, obviously, my name is Bobby Wade, and I have been blessed to travel full-time and full-time ministry for almost 30 years, roughly 28 years.

I've been married for 30 years.

I just celebrated 30 years of marriage.

uh just it's been a wow i i got married my wife and i got married at 18 and 19 and i tell people that i was smart for asking and she was dumb for saying yes and uh you know it's one of those deals where we tell the lord lord uh lord if she's blind don't open her eyes yeah so i'm like but um so we've been married for 30 years we got one daughter her name is madison and um i've got a grandson who i love and i mean he's just the light of our lives and i grew up in a little town uh i grew up in a little town in michigan 3 500 people in the town had one traffic light And if you blinked, you missed the town.

And so, yeah, God's been, you know, I lived in Michigan my whole life, pretty much up until 2014.

And we left Michigan in 2014.

in that, in that body?

Well, first of all, thank you for having me, and I'm honored to be on this broadcast, uh, with you and with all those that are gonna be watching.

And, uh, this church does stuff with, and things with such excellence, and so I first wanna commend you for that, and commend you and your leadership for that.

Um, and to add on to that, there are leaders that, um, not many, but there are some leaders that think they have it all together by themselves, and God did not design it to be, uh, a one-man show.

God did not design it for that.

Um, s- you know, some time ago, uh, I had something come to me and the statement that came to me was, "Uh, you don't, you only need one person to gather a pot of manna.

You don't have, it, it only requires one person to gather a pot of manna, but it requires two to carry the fruit of promise.

Yes.

What do you expect from him this season and so what are some things that he's improved on this off-season?

You know, I, I felt like Chris has been with me for, for five years even though, you know, I missed them first two seasons.

You know, I recruited him out of high school, um, and I was very close to him and his family early.

And so it was really a, um, a big pleasure for me to have this opportunity to coach Chris.

Um, obviously that first year when we were really searching for a number two next to T-Mac, Chris really became a voice i- in that space and, you know, he really took it upon himself to understand, you know, what it takes to play at this level, what it takes to be consistent.

Um, fortunately, he, he had some struggles with the, you know, some soft tissue things, some, some things that kinda set him back.
