Well, we know that we did a housing study back in, I believe, end of 2024.

And what that housing study showed is Beaver Dam needed housing across all price points, meaning we need, you know, intro housing, workforce housing, they call it.

less expensive housing, but we also need, um, middle price points.

We need all, you know, we need apartments, we need all kinds of housing.

So we know that for a fact, um, we have data to back that up, but fortunately Beaver dam has been fairly successful in the last couple of years to attract, um, some developers.

We have the apartments, um, that are being completed up by Walmart.
