They've become a critical component in the various wars that are taking place.
18:56
That's true, Tony.
18:57
Before I left the Pentagon, I actually had a direct role in watching our stocks, what we were replenishing, what we were using.
19:07
My concern here, and it's not clear yet whether or not Pete Hegseth and the Pentagon is holding up on delivery of what has already been purchased of Patriots.
19:19
However, We really use a lot of patriots against Iran.
19:25
And then, of course, Ukrainians have used many.
19:28
What Rubio acknowledges is that there are some that are inbound to Ukraine.
21:30
Can that compensate somewhat?
1:43
And I think your last three books have been on the topic of AI, and is this your military background that caused you to write about this? What do you know that the average American or Christian conservative does not know that you've been really focusing on this quite a bit lately?
2:05
Well, David, I've written three books, yes, a trilogy on artificial intelligence.
2:09
The first one, of course, deals with what it is, uh, and what it might be doing to us.
2:14
The second one talks about the, the competition globally, uh, especially with the Chinese, who are right on our heels with regard to development of artificial intelligence.
2:24
And the third one, which, uh, we're focused on today, of course, uh, really looks deeply into not only prophetically but what the spiritual implications of artificial intelligence, and that's why I call it The Final Algorithm.
2:37
Uh, is this, in fact, going to usher in the end times? Now, I've written, just since February of this year, 80 articles, uh, uh, on artificial intelligence for The Washington Stand, and they're available online.
2:52
I encourage people to, uh, go there.

16 MINS LATER

18:25
Mm
3:34
Retired Army Lieutenant Colonel Robert McGinnis.

Having been a strategist and a planner in the Pentagon for decades, I, I understand that, you know, you don't want rapid change on something that you've been depending upon and putting together, you know, all the details for months and months, all of a sudden the rug pull out from underneath you.
3:51
So I don't think Sam Altman and OpenAI are, are quite ready to replace what, uh, Anthropic and Claude have been doing for the planners in the Pentagon.
4:01
However, it's important that we understand that the decision cycle, uh, has been radically improved for our benefit, and we're seeing that played out not only in Iran, but elsewhere, uh, across the Defense Department.
4:16
And so this is-- it's important that we have the technology.
4:20
It's just a matter that we don't want that technology, I think, to get out of hand.
4:25
And, and I think that Claude and Anthropic was right.

10 MINS LATER

14:36
Mm.
