Um, so I think all three of the partners in this, the, uh, NKU, the Chamber, and the Alliance, and, and, uh, have, have recognized that, um, in the boardrooms that some of a- our civic leaders sit in, um, the next generation of leaders aren't necessarily in those rooms yet.

And, uh, uh, we need to be purposeful about, uh, preparing them to sit in those boardrooms and, and, uh, and help lead our region forward.

Uh, I think Brent uses the number, there's 2,100 elected positions and board seats in our region that have to be filled.

Well, if, you know, our goal is to, to seat 30 people in a cohort every year, uh, if I have my druthers, we'll do two a year, um, 'cause I, I really think the need is there.

But anything else that people need to know about this program?

Um, I would say, uh, everybody knows somebody who has potential to be a leader.
