Uh, a lot of my passion for men's ministry didn't come easy.

It wasn't something exactly taught to me.

That's good

Like the male leadership, the elders, the preacher, right? They need a strong men's fellowship for no other reason than to inspire them and encourage them and lift them up.

Jim, it's foundational.

We were not taught this in college.

I know we had some practical ministry kind of classes, but let's be honest.

As great as Bible college was, they didn't teach us, to me, enough about practical ministries.

I wasn't taught where I was taking a nap.

Maybe, I don't know, during the times when someone might've been sharing the, the, the conflict you're going to face.
