But can you talk about just the sheer insanity of how many people work for you in doing it yourself?

Bob BakerGUEST
Yeah, I mean, being self-op gives us some freedom, right? I can change the menu tomorrow if I want, as opposed to going up the ladder and having to wait weeks, right? I like to keep our menus on a fluid change, definitely with seasonality purposes.

Bob BakerGUEST
As we hit September, right? Beautiful local produce still, right? It's not fall yet.

Bob BakerGUEST
But I want to hold on to every tomato, eggplant, cucumber, pepper for as long as I can.

Bob BakerGUEST
So then we look at middle of October, late October to switch over to some kales and collard greens and things like that.

Bob BakerGUEST
And I still try to kind of hold off on the squashes, right? Because once you hit squash season, it's a long season.

So what, what would you say are sort of keys to your showmanship? I mean, it certainly comes natural at this point, but what do you think sort of is a keys to that as people who aren't good at shows, aren't good at performances or even presentations like a PowerPoint presentation? So

Bob BakerGUEST
for people who think it just, you're just born with it or it's something that's in your DNA, the first 15 years of my life, actually up to that point where I got that first electric guitar, I was like incredibly shy.

Bob BakerGUEST
So I was like the least likely person you would think would be doing those extroverted things.

Bob BakerGUEST
However, I did feel like there was a more adventurous person on the inside that was wanting to come out and be expressive, but was being held back by these thoughts of insecurity, which is kind of what led to my personal growth and the affirmation work that I do now.
