Um, w- what does d.griots mean, and what is it in the space?

So d.griots is named after African storytellers, or griot, griots, jellies.

Um, all those people are, those names are African storytellers, predominantly West African.

Um, they usually have ekorres, and they talk about the past, present, and future.

There's actually some, you know, they're passed down, traditional griots are passed down, um, by families, and they are some Kay, Kayete's, um, family, [laughs] uh, name.

If you s- if you meet a Kayete, then you know they're a s- group of storytellers.

There's some in Manayunk.

Um, from your experience, what is the most important thing you want them -- and you've said so many great things, obviously, but what should they remember, what should they focus on in order to sustain their energy in shepherding that thing into reality?
