So tell us more laws about your experiences and kind of what brought you to I mean, I know you discussed what brought you to being an entrepreneur, but tell us a little more about your other experiences and how they fed into you being the entrepreneur that you are today.

Blaz MaroltGUEST
Yeah, so there are two big, or one big experience, and it lasted through my childhood, pretty much, was I was traumatized a lot as a child, so, aka, for people that know, I was abused as a child, so... emotionally, more or less, and psychologically.

Blaz MaroltGUEST
And that kind of like was following me throughout pretty much my whole childhood and career as well.

Blaz MaroltGUEST
It was the reason why I went into the military, selfless service and everything else, like serving everybody else but myself, which after I left the military... was portraying also within the business environment.

Blaz MaroltGUEST
And one of the bigger symptoms, especially with people who had these traumatic experiences like I have, is we tend to get burned out a lot more often than the majority of people that haven't gone through those traumatic experiences.

Candy CampbellHOST
And I guess I really do applaud you because that takes a lot of strength and a lot of courage to not only work through those issues, but also come out on the other end stronger more aligned, more heart-centered.

So you might kind of similar, because I think it's important if they hear it like I heard it.

Blaz MaroltGUEST
In 2016, I actually got my MBA as well, since I was thinking about going into business.

Blaz MaroltGUEST
And then, so January 2017 was when I left the military and I became a plant production director for a company that was producing electronics.

Roy CoughlanHOST
So when you went to the first job after doing so many years of military, how was that transition for you?
