Listen, it is a pretty crazy time out there.

Geopolitics more than ever is noisy.

The result is that economies ebb and flow in response to soundbites and and the like, some very serious like wars, some just insignificant tweets that can send markets into rhythms that we're not accustomed to.

And the truth is, in answer to all of the three questions, I am an eternal optimist.

And I think as a leader...

In any way and in any form of life, you have to be realistic.
