Maybe we can start if you tell us a little bit about who you are and where you're working, and maybe then move into a bit about the changes and challenges which social education in India is experiencing right now.

Thank you, sir, for giving me opportunity to speak to share the position of Indian social work education before the international audience.

Sir, first of all, I myself, Professor Vishnubandas, I was born in 1976 in the Bhadrak district of Odisha.

And sir, presently I am working as professor in social work in Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar College of Delhi University since 2007.

Sir, I have around three decades of experience in my engagement in the social work field.

I completed my master's in social work from Viswabharti University, Santiniketan, that is founded by the Rabindranath Tagore in 1998.

Then I completed my MPhil, PhD and Indian Council of Social Science fellowship, postdoctoral fellowship from University of Delhi.

in the corporate responsibility that social workers have suddenly found this space where they are working with corporations multi-corporations big industries and so i'd like to maybe tell the listeners if you could tell us a little bit more about what that looks like the role social workers have in industries and corporations and how you within within i guess education are preparing students to apply for these jobs and what they do when they actually have these jobs
