How dry has it been?

We live 50 kilometres north of Mitchell.

We have this forecast of the hottest, driest El Nino on record coming at us and it was really giving some serious concern to a lot of farmers.

There's been hundreds of thousands of dollars spent on molasses, cottonseed, lick and fodder just to get people through.
