capable and confident so I think what you've got to teach us is really really relevant which is why I invited you on so thank you so much for coming so we got a bit of your backstory there but tell us take us back tell us from Billy the Boxer at eight just briefly what happened how you got that title and a little bit about what happened when you didn't have that title yeah bit of a clue already

so what was what what may be interesting for for your listeners is so the identity of billy the boxer so that your leaders who are listening to this their identity and how it may be wrapped up in some other way how does it how did that come about and because i'm i i went on a journey just i was fascinated by what had me be billy the boxer What had me step into the ring as a professional boxer prepared to die.

I used to go to work prepared to die.

It was like kill or be killed.

That was, that was my life.

That was my experience.

So that's, that's reality.

and my body was my vehicle for me to go and express myself, but also succeed in my chosen sport.

There was one particular fight where I challenged for the world title.

And it was my second challenge.

I was ranked number one in the world.

I was fighting the very, very best, the guy called Stevie Johnson from the States.

I overcooked it.
