And how did she touch your life early on?

A lot of people my age, especially little boys growing up in Kentucky, we see her come out of the TV and singing with Porter.

Coming out of the radio, she just was a big, big superstar for me as a kid growing up in Kentucky.

Somehow along the way, I think back to this road.

This is obviously the first time I've been to Nashville and to Music Row since we lost Dolly.

And I felt like, again, I hadn't left the farm.

And can you put yourself back in those shoes? What were you thinking at that time? Did you have any idea what was happening in your world at that time? And what can you put into their heads to make it so they can absorb what's happening at this very moment?
