So, why did you choose hill climbing out of actual running with 10, 20, 30 other cars in a road course? Or have you?

So that's part of the 944 question earlier.

I manage and operate an endurance racing team.

We have a fleet of seven different BMWs and six different 944s of different flavors.

But, yeah, we run everything from Lemons all the way up to WRL.

So Lemons, Lucky Dog, Champ, AER, and WRL.

And we run anywhere from 20 to 30 race weekends a year.

So I get it, but you've got to know what you're getting yourself into when you do it.

That day, did you think you were going to set a new record?

I mean, I don't want to seem conceited, but yes.

We kind of hold the record for a previous track configuration.

So we set that record back in 2014 with a different Nissan that I was racing back then.

That was a Nissan 240SX.

um this time with the practice runs leading up to the actual race day you know we get a pretty good idea where we're at um against you know other competitors previous records things like that and you know now with that it's all paved it's technically a completely new course right so you know, it's never been fully paved before.

So being a, you know, completely new course, you know, A, right there, we've got, you know, that on our side.
