What are the red flags that you'd wanna look for as to say, "Eh, let's pass"?

pass"?Yeah, I think, um, I think patience would definitely be a huge one.

Uh, I think anybody coming into a new role where you're gonna be managing people, um, it can be a challenge, especially in our shop.

You know, we have, uh, our main printer has been with us for thirty years, so it takes him a lot to, to trust somebody and, and listen to somebody who's, who's gonna be really managing his day and everything that he does.

So I think, um, patience would definitely be, uh, uh, the biggest one, I would say.

'Cause if-- even if they came from another shop, everybody does their-- does things differently and has their own way of going about things.

Um, patience would be, would be number one.
