How could you describe, for someone on the inside of all this, what a special club Blackheave is?

Yeah, it kind of takes me back a little bit to my first year as captain, so the start of last season, and Strads asked me to say something to... to the squad and the new guys who joined.

And I remember getting up there and saying, you know, this is a club where you've had guys come through where clubs might only have one or two people go and get 150 or 200 caps.

And this club's got a long history of people.

And we just had, what, over a thousand players, a thousand caps retire with the likes of like Strads and the guys I listed before in Leo Fielding and Tom Baldwin and Marcus Burcham.

And I was like, that doesn't happen by accident.

It's a really special club.

What's going to be the big level jump up really for you guys that you need to be really prepared to deal with?
