Am I rolling into the entity you're buying? Are you creating a separate en- am I rolling into the parent entity? Um, are, you know, what are the, um, escrow provisions? Um, and we see a lot of, uh, warranty and rep insurance policies, um, out there, uh, which has lowered escrow to a degree, which is, you know, it's, it's a positive.

Um, but you know, an escrow will hold money, and it's exposed, right? It's, it's at risk.

Um, you wanna understand that.

You wanna understand, a lot of owners are concerned, like my management team.

So a lot of equity buyers will create management pools, and they'll incent them.
